Disparar-se un tret al peu has to do with a poetic reflection on everything that is not in the order of being said. Sometimes we stop talking so as not to lose what we have: position, recognition, status, work. Sometimes we go silent for the sake of telling the truth, but we keep on talking: with euphemisms, fallacies, trick or code words, bad metaphors, lies and half-truths. But sometimes someone speaks out to tell the truth.

Núria Corominas (1990) has a degree in Acting from the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona and in Philosophy from the University of Girona. Playwright and actress, she is co-creator of the theatre collective Las Huecas. She is currently touring her first solo show, Un xai ha creuat el desert. She combines theatre creation with teaching and accompaniment in creative community processes.
