In MEMORIAS SINVERGÜENZAS / Soy una lesbiana de este país, director Rocío Llambí invites us on a quest through dissident archives, images and memories prompted by a single mysterious photograph. A sensitive exploration of identity and visibility.
After the screening, we will hold an open conversation with the director to discuss her creative process, the resonances of the image, and the memories that surface through this shared encounter.

Rocío Llambí
Rocío Llambí (Uruguay, 1990) is an audiovisual filmmaker specialising in film editing. She graduated with a BA in Audiovisual Communication from the ORT University of Uruguay and completed a postgraduate degree in Audiovisual and Video Editing at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. She has premièred three short films as a director (Al rojo vivo, Cuerpo vivo and La piscina), works that have won awards at national and international festivals. She has also worked as an editor on documentary series and short films in a range of formats.
