We invite you to a unique experience where conscious breathing and immersive music meet to open a space of deep connection.

A session guided by Breath Brothers and Neuroscience & Yoga Researcher Toni Cañete Ramírez, Autonomous University of Barcelona.

They will show us how breathing is much more than a vital act: it’s about nourishing the body with energy, releasing what weighs us down, and giving way to inner calm. When the rhythm of our breath merges with live-created sound vibrations, a sensory journey arises—one capable of transforming perception and expanding consciousness.

It’s not just a breathing session. It’s not just a concert. It’s a shared ritual where the body speaks, emotion manifests, and the soul breathes to the rhythm of the music.

This activity is part of the SocialFestBcn 2025 program, which proposes a program centered on art as a transformative instrument in the processes of healing ourselves and our relationship with the territory.

In a world where health systems are often dominated by hegemonic Western perspectives, the festival opens an intercultural dialogue to explore and honor diverse ways of understanding healing. Through art, workshops, performances, ceremonies, and gatherings, we will engage with the wisdom of Indigenous peoples, ancestral cultures, and other forgotten or marginalized epistemologies, while questioning the colonial gaze on body, mind, and spirit.

We are Breath Brothers. We facilitate breathwork sessions that combine conscious breathing with live music and immersive soundscapes. It’s not just a wellness practice — it’s a musical experience that invites you to journey inward and feel the music within your body through every breath.

Each gathering is an invitation to pause, breathe with intention, and discover how music and conscious breathing can transform the way you experience greater mental clarity and a sense of calm that you can integrate into your daily life.
