Pajarerxs for Palestine is a walk through Montjuïc park where we will collectivize the knowledge and lack of knowledge about the urban birds we live with, putting it in dialogue with the ecocide of the occupied territories of Palestine. With the intention of raising funds for Palestinian resistance, we will bring postcards with designs by different artists focused on the sunbird, the national bird of Palestine.
Activity led by Club de Pajareras (y otras bichas) and Aïda E. Borràs.
El club de pajareras is a space for reflecting on and creatively experimenting with ways of cohabiting with different species of urban birds and other creatures. Broadening our perspective toward the species we live alongside —and doing so collectively— creates, as Len Howard said, a cooler world.
