Imatge Pública. La plusvàlua de la representació

Núria Güell have hired a person to represent me at this artist residency open to the public to which she has been invited. The contract, funded by the production budget, stipulates and authorises her to act on her behalf in all public situations that require the presence of the artist and not of her work, for the duration of the residency.


Action: creation of a job offer, employment contract and conference.

Núria Güell

Núria Güell (Vidreres, 1981) graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona, specialising in sculpture, continuing her studies at the Cátedra de Arte de Conducta in Havana, Cuba.  Her artistic practice is characterised by being a practice of confrontation, of questioning evidence and moral conventions. She understands her practice as socially and politically necessary, in which the cultural and the established are at stake.
