No depèn de l’ocell que canta igual sense ser escoltat com li canta a una multitud is an intimate listening session that invites audiences into the world of la santa espina. Whispered intuitions take the form of songs, with the guitar as their central thread, tracing the limits of body and space in the act of music-making while asserting the presence of the shy body and the material conditions of musical creation.

With the participation of edu r. pineda

edu r. pineda
is a musician, curator, educator and poet. After releasing music under the name bonitx from 2020 onwards, they decided to bring the project to a close in order to explore new paths more closely aligned with their artistic and personal interests. Alongside this, they have remained active on the music scene as guitarist with Cabiria, No Somos Amigas and Ginestà. Out of this process of exploration emerged la santa espina, a project centred on speech errors, silence, shyness and absence as driving forces for a non-normative way of life.
