Què és un cos o el cas del cos que cus

Miquel Àngel Marín Ribes and David Picó Sentelles
Wednesdays of sound and body
25 February 2026, from 19h to 19:45h | Concert and performance | Sala Bar

Activity open to all and free of charge, limited to 55 people

Language: Catalan

We present a performance centred on questions rather than conclusions. The body itself, along with voice, gesture and music, responds through a corporeal language that opens outward, attuned to the presence of other bodies. Is the body a boundary or a horizon? It has been interpreted as a prison, but also as the very thing that connects us to the world, freeing us from the tyranny of reason. We say, “This is my body”. But is it? How much control do we truly have over it? Do we command the beating of our hearts, or does it command us? And if so, who exactly is this “us”? Do we forget the body when we carry out non-physical activities? What does it mean to forget it? And then, how many other bodies do we know? The world is full of bodies… and what if the world itself is a body?
