xguix (Barcelona, 1952) is a multidisciplinary creator whose work spans audiovisual art, experimental sound and the performing arts. Trained in computer science, humanistic psychology and music teaching, he later broadened his path through studies in film, recording and computer-generated imagery. After travelling to India, he incorporated sound yoga into his artistic exploration.

He has presented performances and concerts in venues such as MACBA, Nits Digitals de Vic, CaixaForum, La Casa Encendida, EACC and the Setouchi Museum. Notable projects include Adaneva-31, Aeronauta, Cor-Pres, A.FG, Solo mira-Solo escucha, (In)permanència 0.3, and the album A ragudo.
In recent years he has released the film LOT el espía del ramo marchito (2019) and the LP O (2022), issued on hand-painted vinyl and premièred with a concert as part of the Avan/02 programme.
