Jeleton como fanzín

This is our little mythopoetic tragicomedy. We can tell lies that sound like truths and truths that sound like lies. Flee from the power that has us: dancing on the run, drawing its face and calling its name, singing the scare and hiding in workshops, pricking it with embroidery needles, bewitching it with ointments and making it dizzy with stories. The sum of these hieroglyphs can equate to this: Against glyphosate, more pollen.

Equipo Jeleton
 

Equipo Jeleton was formed in 1999 by Gelen Alcántara Sánchez (Murcia, 1975) and Jesusi Arpal Moya (Barakaldo, 1972). They take up literary, musical and visual repertoires in a critical and twisted way with the intention of transmuting poison into medicine. They have recently presented at the Museu Tàpies, Hangar, Bulegoa Z/B, Bilbao Museoa, MACBA, Fundació Joan Miró, Centro Párraga, La Taller, Universidad Miguel Hernández and Tabakalera.
